Standard ground shipping typically arrives within five to seven business days and is included free of charge on qualifying orders over ninety-nine dollars. Expedited two-day shipping is available for time-sensitive purchases at an additional cost calculated based on package weight and destination. Express overnight shipping ensures next-business-day delivery for urgent office equipment needs. The exact shipping options available for your order will appear during checkout based on the items in your cart and the destination zip code you provide.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
Most orders placed before two o clock Eastern Time on a business day are processed and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed after that cutoff or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. Standard ground delivery typically takes between five and seven business days within the contiguous United States, with longer transit times for Alaska, Hawaii, and remote locations. Expedited service typically delivers within two business days, and express service delivers the next business day for orders placed before the cutoff.
Tracking, Damage, and Lost Packages
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, please review our return policy and contact our customer service team so we can investigate, file a carrier claim if necessary, and arrange a replacement or refund.
